Where can i find the best rates? Our best rates and promotions are available on our website, or through our Reservations Department (by phone on +33.(0) or by e-mail at When you book through our website, internet access is complimentary for the stay.
What kind of services and facilities do you offer? We are a luxury serviced residence, part of the Frasers Hospitality Group : we offer a range of  Suites , 1 and 2-bedroom Suites, for 1 to 6 guests, and all hotel services. Compared to hotels, we offer fully equipped apartment, from 35 sqm to 70 sqm, with proper separate and equiped kitchen.
What is the check-in time ?

You can check-in from 3.00PM. If you request an early arrival, please advise the reception team who will do their best to organise it based on availability.

We can also ensure your early arrival or late checkout at the very best conditions : just mention your request to our Reservations Department (by phone on +33.(0) or by e-mail at

What is the check-out time ? You can enjoy your Suite until 12.00AM. If you would like to request an extended check-out time, please ask the reception team who will try to accommodate your request based on availability.
What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served everyday. 7AM to 10.30AM on weekdays, and 7AM to 11AM on week-ends.
We also offer takeaway breakfasts.

Do you have a laundry room ? Yes. It is open 24/7, with washing and drying machines available for your use.
Do you have a fitness center ? Yes. It is open 24/7 and is accessible with your room key.
Do you have internet access ?

Yes. We have a Business Centre for which the first 15 mins are complimentary.

Does the residence have baby and child facilities ? Yes. We can provide baby cots, baby chairs and etc. We also have a range of games and DVD's suitable for children at your disposal. 
Is the residence accessible to disabled guests ? We have a dedicated access and 4 Suites equipped for disabled guests.
How do I access the residence by car?

How can I get to the residence from the train station ?

From Gare de Lyon (20 mins) : Metro line 1 - direction " La Défense" - stop at "Esplanade de La Défense". 

From Gare du Nord (30 mins) : RER B - direction "Robinson / Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse" - stop at "Châtelet-les-Halles"

Then Metro line 1 - direction " La Défense" - stop at "Esplanade de La Défense". 

Private transportation or shuttle can also be organised from the train stations.

How can I get to the residence from the airport ?

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (55 mins) : RER B - direction "Robinson / Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse" - stop at "Châtelet-les-Halles"

Then Metro line 1 - direction " La Défense" - stop at "Esplanade de La Défense". 

From Orly Airport (45 mins) : ORLYVAL - stop at "Antony"

Then RER B - direction "Aéroport Charles de Gaulle" - stop at "Châtelet-les-Halles"

Then Metro line 1 - direction " La Défense" - stop at "Esplanade de La Défense".

Where can I eat ?

Your Suite has a fully equipped kitchen, and you can find supermarkets, numerous cafes and restaurants, all within walking distance.

Our in-room guide, available in all our apartments, also provides a wide range of food on delivery.

Our Reception team can also advise you on many places to eat in and around Paris.

How can I enjoy Paris ? We can help you to arrange for cultural visits (museums and monuments), family breaks (Disneyland®Paris, Parc Asterix), Parisian entertainment (Lido, Moulin Rouge). We can also customize our proposals directly with you according to your requests.
How long does it take to access Paris most famous monuments ?

Champs Elysées, Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, and all the center of Paris are accessible on an average 15 mins with the Metro line 1.

Disneyland®Paris is accessible in 50 mins with RER A. (from station "La Defense Grande Arche", 15 mins walk or 1 metro stop from our Residence)

We are also at less than 10mn by metro (Line 1) from the CNIT (La Defense) and Congress Center (Porte Maillot).

Where can I do shopping ?

In Paris, many boutiques on famous avenues and big malls like "Galerie Lafayette" or "Le Bon Marché", or on famous avenues (Champs Elysées, Avenue Montaigne, Place Vendôme and etc.).

Outside Paris, the outlet "La Vallée Village" is quite close to Disneyland®Paris.

In La Défense, the mall "Les Quatre Temps" is open 7 days a week and is located within a 15 mins walk or 1 metro stop from our residence.

What type of beds do you offer ? We offer Queen-size-bedded and twin-bedded apartments. In some of our two-bedroom Suites, you can combine both.
What is your cancellation policy ? Our cancelation policy depends on the offer which you have selected. In each case it is explained on our website If you require any further information, feel free to contact our reservations department who will assist you with pleasure at +33.(0)
Where is the nearest exchange office ? It is located in front of the mall "Les Quatre Temps", approximately a 10 mins walk from the residence.
Which newspapers do you propose ? We offer a range of newspapers and magazines for free in English, French and Spanish.
What are the available TV channels ? We have a range of roughly 50 channels (general, sports, cinema, kids,…) in several languages (English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Russian, Indian, Chinese, Arabic)
Is there a supplement for children ? The rate corresponds to the Suite type selected, not the number of guests. Depending on the category selected, our Suites can accomodate from 1 to 6 guests.
Is there food available in the apartment's kitchen ? A welcome amenity is set up for your arrival day : it includes coffee, tea, chocolate, sugar, milk, biscuits and sweets.
Do you provide adaptors, mobile chargers ? Yes, they are available at the front desk. You can borrow them during your stay for free.
Do you provide necessity kit ? Yes. Shaving kits, sewing kits and dental kits are available at the front desk, for free.
Where can I buy Subway tickets? For your comfort, we sell individual tickets at the public rate at the reception. For a Pass or special tickets, you can easily buy it directly at the stations.
